Permits have been obtained and site clearing is commenced. At the same time, we are looking ahead and completing the designs for the interiors with renderings below. The first floor is a wonderful space where living room, dining room and kitchen are all one continuous space flowing together and out onto the deck and the miles long view.
As the design develops, detailed sketches help form the construction details.
A great idea (not mine). The client wanted a way to wash the (big) dog in the Day Room / mudroom / everything room. The more we fiddled with it the bigger it got. The clients suggested we add a shower with 2 door that could be used as an overflow guest shower off the lav and a dog washing area of the Dayroom. Bingo.
