An early 1960's center hall colonial suburban house blessed with a lakefront location merited significant changes to take advantage of the view. The home's south facing facade is designed with a motor operated window wall. The addition was designed to link a new sitting area off the renovated master suite with the expanded living space at the main floor and a new ground level room as well.
