Second Floor Addition on a Hilltop
The home's great location on a hilltop overlooking a pond and park was a tremendous resource, so when the owners wanted to add additional space, the view was forefront in their thinking.
"We'd love a second floor deck overlooking the pond. Is that possible?"
With careful staging, demolition to weather tight conditions were completed in one week, the building shell was completed in two weeks and project substantial completion was in four months.
