Taking the Long View

First floor addition and restructuring, second floor master suite renovations and restructuring. 

Like many owners who are considering a major renovation, the couple had lived in the home for many years.  While able to move, they loved the location and proximity to family and friends.  They wanted to stay and transform their long time homestead into their new vision:  a great home for themselves for years to come and the best place it

could be for family gatherings and simply for their own enjoyment.   The idea of all the kids and grand kids around one thanksgiving table came up in the first design review in the 11x11 dining room.  Using CPM schedules and management, we were able to start construction in July and complete the job by the beginning of November, with twenty family seated around the table at Thanksgiving.
